3. Product Ordering and Pre-order Details

3.1 When you place an order on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase from DOPS SELECT & CO. The order is not formally accepted by us until we issue an order confirmation or arrange for shipment. Please carefully review your order details before submitting.

3.2 In-stock and Pre-order Indicators: Unless specifically marked as "Pre-order" on the product page, products shown as in stock on this Website are "in-stock" items.

3.3 In-stock products will be dispatched within 2 working days after your payment is completed and confirmed.

3.4 Pre-Order Products:

• For pre-order products listed on this Website, by placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
• Pre-order products generally take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in Hong Kong. All estimated arrival times are for reference only and may vary due to production, international logistics, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you separately.
  
• Once a pre-order is confirmed, cancellations, full or partial refunds will not be accepted. This is because we would have already placed the order with the supplier/manufacturer for production, and orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
  
• Pre-order products are subject to supplier inventory availability. In the event of an out-of-stock situation or inability to supply the product, we will promptly notify you and arrange a full refund or offer alternative options.

3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or system anomalies. If an order is cancelled by us, we will refund the full amount.

3.6 All refunds, returns, or exchanges of products must be processed according to our [Return and Exchange Policy].

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 All product prices on this Website are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices, discounts, and promotional activities may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for goods or services will be the effective price at the time of order submission, as listed in your order confirmation email.

4.2 We currently support the following payment methods:

• Credit cards and electronic payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with immediate payment completion at checkout.
• Manual bank transfer: FPS (Faster Payment System) and PayMe. Account details will be displayed on the checkout page.

If you choose FPS or PayMe, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing the order and send a screenshot of the payment to WhatsApp +852 9056 1857 or Instagram @dops.select for verification. If payment and proof are not submitted within the deadline, the system will automatically cancel the order without further notice.

4.3 Accuracy of Payment Information and Legal Liability: You declare and warrant that all payment information and transfer proofs provided are true, accurate, and complete, and that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method. In the event of any false or forged transfer proofs or suspected fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the relevant order and pursue legal action.

4.4 All orders will only be processed, procured, or dispatched after DOPS SELECT & CO. successfully receives and confirms the full payment.

4.5 Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order is submitted. Only one discount code can be used per order, cannot be combined with other store promotions or discounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Logistics and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees: Products on this Website are shipped from Hong Kong. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in specific promotions, all product prices do not include shipping fees. We primarily use SF Express with freight collect (delivery charges paid by recipient) for shipping. Shipping fees are paid directly by you to the logistics provider upon receipt of the goods. For specific charges and freight tables, please refer to the official SF Express website.

5.2 The buyer shall bear the cost of re-delivery if the package is returned due to incorrect recipient address, unreachable phone number, or failure to collect the package from a locker/pickup point in time. If an order has not yet been shipped but requires a change of delivery address, we will charge an administrative fee of HKD $30 for the address modification.

5.3 Shipping risk is borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit. Once the product is delivered to your designated address and signed for, ownership and the risk of damage/loss of the product transfer to you, and we are subsequently not responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

5.4 We will deliver products to your designated address in Hong Kong. Delivery times are for reference only, and delays in logistics cannot be a reason for order cancellation or claims.

5.5 To ensure shipping efficiency and inventory accuracy, once an order is submitted, we do not accept requests to combine different orders for shipment. Different orders will be processed separately and incur independent shipping fees. If a single order contains both "in-stock" and "pre-order items," the entire order will be held until all pre-order items arrive before being dispatched together; if you wish to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders and pay separate shipping fees.

6. Product Information and Specification Disclaimer

6.1 This Website strives to ensure the accuracy of all product images, descriptions, specifications, and dimensions. However, due to lighting, shooting angles, and color differences across various displays, there may be slight discrepancies between the actual product and the images. Additionally, due to manual measurement methods or different production batches, product dimensions may have minor reasonable deviations (generally ±1-3cm).
